* 1 Large Onion
* 5/6 Carrots
* 1-2 pints of Stock
* Handful of corriander

Soften onions (either dry fry or with fry lite etc)
add chopped carrots
Add stock to cover the Veg
Boil until carrots are soft. add chopped corriander
leave to cool a bit, use hand blender to blend it all together and eat. It keeps for a couple of days in the fridge and is good if you are in need of a sweet ‘fix’
