* 4oz (100g) easy-cook brown rice
* 1 pint milk (You can use breastmilk or formula for this for the younger babies or cows/goats for older babes if desired.)

Sprinkle the rice into a dish add the milk and bake for 2-3 hours at 150c/300f/Gas Mark 2.

After the first 1 1/2 hrs check every 20-30 mins and add more milk if required.

You can also add raisins, dried apricots etc before cooking for a scrummy twist or leave it plain and add different fruits if you fancy before serving. Blend for younger babies if required (raisins may pose choking hazard)
