* 75g malt extract
* 50g toasted sesame seeds
* 100g rolled oats
* 50g sultanas
* 4tbsp sunflower oil

Heat the malt extract until it is melted (don’t boil it!!!). Thoroughly stir in the remaining ingredients, then pressed into an oiled square tin (about 8 inches square I think!). Bake at 350F/180C/Gas 4 for 20-30 mins until golden. Cool in the tin and remember to cut into pieces whilst still warm.
