* Dr Karg crispbreads (normal bread or sesame seeds would also work fine)
* Chicken Breast
* Garlic Butter
* Soft Cheese eg Marscapone
Pop the crispbreads in a blender until they resemble a breadcrumbs consistency.
Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces and make a little incision on the top of each one.
Pop a bit of garlic butter into the incision.
Spread the pieces of chicken with a little soft cheese before rolling in the breadcrumbs.
Great cooked in one of the george forman type grills but you can also pop under the grill or ovenbake (around 15 minutes 170 for fan assisted or slightly longer for conventional) until chicken is cooked
