* 2 Carrots
* 1 Parsnip
* 1 Onion
* 1 Potato
* 1 small Swede
Stick them all in a saucepan with some water, boil for 30 minutes then drain and puree.. yummy, just like thick veg soup!
If Baby Led Weaning; par boiled potatoes, parsnips amd carrots, cut into chip size handles are lovely roasted in a little olive oil until golden
